Start-Up & Monthly Fees

Below are questions and answers in regards to the fees associated with our Quantumvoice service. Detailed fee information can be found in our Terms of Service.

How much will it cost me to get started?

Getting started with Quantumvoice is easy and affordable. There are two options for how you get your service:

1. We supply the ATA - We configure and send you the ATA device (eg: Linksys PAP2).
   - or -
2. "Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)" - You supply and configure your own SIP based device (eg: ATA, desk phone, softphone). Check out our list of compatible SIP devices known to work with our service and configuration tutorials for many of those devices.

When does billing for my service begin?

Billing for your service does not start until the day the ATA has arrived at your address (if we supply the ATA), or the day that we provide the information to configure your SIP device (for BYOD subscribers). This prevents any problems if there are any delays in your order.

Is there a trial period?

We take great pride in the quality of our service and offer a 14-day trial period that begins once your service is up-and-running. Try Quantumvoice broadband phone service risk-free. If we are unable to get your service working properly or you are dissatisfied, for any reason, you may cancel the service within 14 days of service activation and receive a full refund. No questions asked, no hassle.

Simply contact us and you will receive an RMA # and detailed instructions on shipping your equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material and in its original, undamaged condition. All included material, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be included. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

Your outgoing calls must not exceed 250 minutes of use. Incoming calls do not count against this total. If your outgoing call total exceeds 250 minutes we will charge you for the overage at 4 cents/minute. You will be responsible for additional charges such as international calls and directory assistance.

When we receive the equipment and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month’s subscription fee within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that no refund can be given for equipment that is sent to us without an RMA #.

How can I earn free monthly service? [Referral Program]

Get free Quantumvoice service!!! We will give you 1 month of free Quantumvoice phone service for each friend or family you register with us - no limits!

Sign-up twelve friends or family² and get a whole year of service free! One good turn deserves another, you can help your friends lower their monthly bills and they can help you lower yours!

²Each friend or family you refer must be a new Quantumvoice customer and remain a Quantumvoice customer for 3 months for credit to apply. If a friend or family you referred cancels service within that time period you will not receive credit for that referral. Your credit will be applied to your service after the 3rd month.

How much does it cost to cancel service?

Simply return the phone adapter (ATA) unit to us within 14 days after you notify us to cancel your account and there is no cost for cancellation. However, if the ATA unit is not returned in that time frame a $40 equipment fee will apply.

Please note that no refund can be given for equipment that is sent to us without an RMA #.

To cancel service:
