Try Quantumvoice broadband phone service risk-free. If we are unable to get your service working properly or you are dissatisfied, for any reason, you may cancel the service within 14 days of service activation and receive a full refund. No questions asked, no hassle.

Simply contact us and you will receive an RMA # and detailed instructions on shipping your equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material and in its original, undamaged condition. All included material, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be included. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

Your outgoing calls must not exceed 250 minutes of use. Incoming calls do not count against this total. If your outgoing call total exceeds 250 minutes we will charge you for the overage at 4 cents/minute. You will be responsible for additional charges such as international calls and directory assistance.

When we receive the equipment and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month’s subscription fee within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that no refund can be given for equipment that is sent to us without an RMA #.
